Prior to founding Game Changing Healthcare Ltd., Steve held multiple executive and senior positions in healthcare general management, marketing and business development at MSD and Sanofi Aventis during his 25 year career in healthcare in Japan, Hong Kong, China and the US.

Steve is passionate about helping healthcare companies develop and implement strategies and programs which improve patient access, cost-effective healthcare delivery and faster speed to market for new and innovative products.

During his two-term presidency of the Hong Kong Pharmaceutical Association, he championed the introduction of global iFPMA Compliance guidelines to ensure local operating practices were in sync with global guidelines. 

Steve has worked extensively with leadership teams and senior executives at Allergan, Bausch & Lomb, BMS, DKSH, Lilly, J&J, Roche, Takeda, UCB, and Rotam Agro-Chemicals in the following areas:

• formulating and implementing strategies

• aligning teamwork collaboration and culture with core values

• linking new levels of performance to the implementation of new healthcare Compliance standards across integrated systems and processes.

COMPLIANCE & PERFORMANCE INTEGRATION:
Worked with Compliance teams at four different healthcare and distributor companies in China and Hong Kong. Diagnosed and address key performance gaps in their leadership, management and systems/processes approaches to Compliance. Guided and supported the Compliance teams to redefine their roles and
re-engage their company's leadership teams inside of their newly defined roles and responsibilities.

LEADERSHIP & PERFORMANCE:
Achieved breakthrough 90 day micro-strategy targets across three different projects at a healthcare distribution company. Achieved aggressive targets to accelerate conversion of paper to electronic order taking. Reduced contract processing time by up to 40% with new partners and vendors by mapping the decision-making process and eliminating the bottlenecks. Achieved transformation of the management team into a fully accountable leadership team no longer willing to rely on the managing director to set the agenda and tell them what to do.
