Craig and his colleagues spent three days working with our Board. Their enthusiasm and hard work generated some surprising and extremely positive outcomes and helped us generate a plan for change. Six days ago I attended a workshop facilitated by Craig and his colleagues. It was quite an experience, which I am sure will have a lasting effect. Two days of encouragement, insight and some difficult home truths. The workshop left me with plenty to think about, but also an energy and determination to get on and do what’s right. So, in summary a great and lasting experience. HIP are very sincere people and genuinely committed to help make a difference. I have no reservations about recommending their work and hope that I can work with them again soon.

In a 2 day workshop High Impact Projects challenged me and my colleagues to envisage a different future. We came to realise that it is our view of our people that is perhaps the biggest governor of their potential and we were given tools and techniques for unlocking that potential. A great combination of fun and provocation.

Craig and his colleagues ran an excellent two day ‘activation’ workshop for our regional leadership team in the Midlands. It hit all the right buttons and a week later there is real evidence of some behavioural changes in the team as well as committed actions towards the outcomes we agreed on. Very impressive!
